The movie i liked----->The pursuit of happyness

The Pursuit of Happyness is an Academy Award-nominated 2006 drama film . Based on the true story of Chris Gardner, who secured an internship with a stock brokerage firm while homeless, the film stars Will Smith as Gardner and Smith's real-life son Jaden Smith as Gardner's son Christopher. Although the film differs from Gardner's real-life experiences in various respects, it recounts many of the challenging events faced by Gardner while pursuing the internship and caring for Christopher. The movie music is also very inspirational.

Fun in frustration

After a long time I am again writing a blog. I came to US on H1. Stayed in a decent guest house in Herndon, VA. Applied for SSN and got it. It is a frustration time for everybody until we get a job. Applying for jobs and attending interviews .It remembers the time when we first started my carrier. After I got a job I never felt of job insecurity. When we have a job, eagerly waiting for 1st day of Month.Bcoz U will get salary. Here the scenario is different .I need to pay EMI for my loans for every Month. It's a different experience in job hunting. It is bit of frustration and fun also. Seriously India has a better employee recruiting system in IT than in US. Here some of the experiences of mine and friends in US.

We resign our jobs after consultant asked us to do so. After coming out of the company, game will start. We have to stay in a Guest house in US. GH will be empty when already ppl got jobs. It is like rotating process, whenever old guys left, new H1 guy in India get a chance to fly. We used to contact our consultant representative in India .He will tells stories like in the next week we are going to finalize the dates for you. Wait continues....Again he calls after one month and convey that now the whether is not good....May be in next month V can fly....little bit frustrated....and waits for another one month....He again calls. This time this fellow doesn't want to say same lies. He will tell your technology is not good in market...Oh god! After two days he again tells now the market is good and V can fly in next week.U will book tickets...Again he calls and conveys big boss in US is not given a green signal....In this way after playing 3 to 4 months, one final day big boss will give a green signal to fly to US. In between he will tell so many lies to keep U with him. He fears U may do H1 transfer …. He will ask salary in India and will assure U, that he will pay Indian salary for U. After coming to US Big boss is simply convey that policies won't agree to do so!

For some people they will conduct Interviews in India itself. But success rate of this interviews are very less. My friend attend interview in India and came to US and enquired about the status of his Interview. Consultant Recruiter told him that the Interview went on fine....Yesterday only client also enquired about U!!! After return into GH people will share their experiences about how these guys will plays games....After that he never asked abt his previous interview.

Recruiter will start marketing resume after we get SSN....Meanwhile he will tell Please wait till U get SSN , I will place U in one day. Some of guys tried their own channels. It works perfectly and placed shorter time than this recruiter’s channel.

In GH there is really typical environment over there...Day time attending interviews....Night time ppl will gather and share their interview experiences. Married guys will call to their homes. In US one thing that these people will expect multiple skills. Even the guys who have 6 years of experience, it is difficult to have an opportunity to work on various skills.

That's how life over here.....It is frustrating and fun also.
